Sonic: Into The Void is a hack of Sonic the Hedgehog (16-bit) for the Sega Mega Drive / Sega Genesis by Blueblur93 which features a complete overhaul of the game, including new artwork, new HUD, new abilities and many other things.

Sonic: Into The Void is back again this year for the Sonic Hacking Contest, and I'm hoping that more people plus the judges will enjoy this year's submission a lot more than the previous year's, because I must admit, it was a bit of a steaming pile of poop,however, over the past year I've been working on a lot issues through the feedback from last years streams and from the SITV topic within Sonic Retro, and I think there is a vast improvement of my hack since it was shown last year, and looks more unique than ever.This hack made by Blueblur93

Sonic's Fun and Easy Adventure is a hack by Novedicus. It's based off of an optimized version of the Sonic 3 & Knuckles engine and is made to be played on the Sega Mega Drive.This project was created and released for the Hacking Expo of SHC 2017. The hack has many objects and elements ported over from Sonic the Hedgehog, Sonic the Hedgehog 2, Sonic the Hedgehog CD, and Sonic the Hedgehog 3 that were considered to be the most frustrating parts of those respected games and was made to resemble Sonic CD for aesthetic reasons.This hack also uses a technique similar to Sonic 3D Blast's FMV process to create a completely custom Sega Screen. Something not seen in many Sonic ROM hacks.

Venom/Spider-Man: Separation Anxiety is a side-scrolling beat 'em up video game and sequel to Spider-Man and Venom: Maximum Carnage, released for Sega Mega Drive and Super NES and then ported to PC, in which one or two players could team up as Spider-Man and Venom to defeat the evil symbiote Carnage. The game boasts a large number of thugs that the player has to defeat: heavily armed Jury and Venom's symbiote children.

The game, based on a sprawling comic book story arc of the same name, featured numerous heroes, including Spider-Man, Venom, and their allies from the Marvel Comics fictional universe like Captain America, Black Cat, Iron Fist, Cloak and Dagger, Deathlok, Morbius and Firestar, all teaming up to battle an onslaught of villains led by Carnage, including Shriek, Doppelganger, Demogoblin and Carrion.The game featured a colored cartridge. Both the Sega Mega Drive/Genesis and Super Nintendo versions were red.
