Super Skidmarks is a racing video game developed by Acid Software and released in 1995. The game is the sequel to Skidmarks and as such was also termed Skidmarks 2 and Super Skidmarks 2 by commentators. The game features “minimally realistic” action viewed from an isometric perspective as well as novelty vehicles such as wheeled cows and caravans. Various methods such as joypad adapters and link systems are employed to allow multiple players to compete, up to a maximum of 8. The game was critically acclaimed and a best-seller in the UK. Several upgrades to the Amiga original were released as well as conversions for the Amiga CD32 and Sega Mega Drive, the latter published by Codemasters.

Super Street Fighter II: The New Challengers (スーパーストリートファイターⅡ -The New Challengers-?) is a head-to-head fighting game produced by Capcom originally released as a coin-operated arcade game in 1993. It is the fourth game in the Street Fighter II sub-series of Street Fighter games, following Street Fighter II: Hyper Fighting. In addition to refining and balancing the existing character roster from the previous installments, Super Street Fighter II also introduced four new characters. It was also the first game to be developed on Capcom's CP System II hardware, which permitted more sophisticated graphics and audio over the original CP System hardware, used by the previous versions of Street Fighter II. Super Street Fighter II was followed by Super Street Fighter II Turbo, a fifth version of Street Fighter II released during the following year 1994, which further refined the balance between characters and introduced additional new features.

Superman (known in Europe as Superman: The Man of Steel) is the title of a video game released by Sunsoft for the Mega Drive/Genesis in 1992. It is based on the popular DC comic book characters of the same name and is a traditional single-player side-scrolling arcade game where the player controls Superman through various levels in an effort to defeat the evil supervillain named Brainiac. Other super villains, as bosses, include The Prankster, Metallo and Mr. Mxyzptlk. This game was planned to be released on the SNES, but was cancelled sometime before it was completed.

Sword of Sodan is a hack and slash video game released for the Amiga game system in 1989 by Discovery Software. In 1993 it was also released for the Apple Macintosh System 7 by Bethesda Softworks, and Electronic Arts released a scaled down port version for the Sega Genesis in 1990.

Valis: The Fantasm Soldier II (夢幻戦士 ヴァリスⅡ Mugen Senshi: Varisu Tsū?), which had a remake done with super deformed characters and released as SD Valis (SDヴァリス Esu Dī Varisu?) on the Japanese Mega Drive and Syd of Valis – a translation mistake as SD means super deformed – on the North American Sega Genesis, is the second title in the Mugen Senshi Valis video game series. Like its predecessor, it is an action platformer.
