Thomas the Tank Engine was a Sega Genesis/Mega Drive video game developed by Malibu Interactive and THQ Software in 1993. Players could pick between five engines: Thomas, James, Percy, Toby, and Duck. They could also colour in the engines and give the engineer a name. It had three different skill levels for three levels; Game, Race, and Explore. The game was narrated by American Software Programmer Craig Ewert.

Robotnik's Revenge is a hack of Sonic the Hedgehog 2 by ColinC10. It is a "boss rush" hack, in which all seventeen bosses from Sonic the Hedgehog and Sonic the Hedgehog 2 are fought in a somewhat arbitrary order over the course of a single level. The game takes place in Death Egg Zone from Sonic 2, and is meant to imply that there is more to the ship than there is in the original game.
Eggrobo and Mecha Sonic have delivered a chain letter to Knuckles. It contained the following message: "Send this letter to ten friends of yours, otherwise you'll be paralised and won't be able to walk left or right". Since Knuckles doesn't have this much friends, he (in his desire to restore his normal walking abilities) goes on an adventure to kick their robotic butts.
Sonic 1: Bouncy Edition is a physics hack of Sonic the Hedgehog for the Sega Mega Drive/Genesis by Xenowhirl. Based on the gameplay of Within a Deep Forest, the hack has modified Sonic's actions so that he is constantly bouncing. Other additional features include a snap screen, new special stage controls and the ability to use GHZ bridges as trampolines.
Doctor Robotnik's Creature Capture is a hack of Sonic the Hedgehog created by MarkeyJester. It stars Doctor Robotnik with a cameo by Sonic the Hedgehog. The objective of the hack is to play as Doctor Robotnik and try to capture as many creatures as possible by using a net to carry the creature to the creature capsule. Level select is enabled by default and almost all levels are open from the start.
Sonic 1 The Blue Blur is a hack of Sonic the Hedgehog for the Sega Mega Drive/Genesis, created by Scwha. It gives each Zone totally new palettes and layouts, with the latter designed to be more difficult than those of the original game.

Earth Defense (aka: The Earth Defend) is an unlicensed game for the Sega Mega Drive/Genesis; it was developed by AV Artisan and published by Realtec in both North America and Taiwan, without a license from Sega.
The game cartridge and box shapes as well as quality in graphics and box art are identical to AV Artisan's previous titles Funny World & Balloon Boy and Whac-A-Critter, both published by Realtec. Earth Defense was also rare in that it was a simultaneous 2 player vertical scrolling shoot 'em up on the Genesis which primarily featured single player shoot 'em ups. The player takes on the role of a jet pilot assigned to liberate five world continents from a technologically advanced army.
